Features include employee dashboards for transaction monitoring and generating physical barcode warranty cards. Customers can scan these cards to access their warranty status directly, upload damage photos, and track claim limits. The entire claim lifecycle (submission, processing, rejection, approval) is automated with real-time WhatsApp notifications via a third-party API.
